At MoginLabs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for our products: Heistall and StructMD.

1. Subscription Plans (Monthly & Annual)

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your account automatically reverts to the free plan after the billing period ends.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refund Window

  • 14-day refund window: If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal.
  • Refund requests made after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Lifetime Licenses

  • 30-day money-back guarantee: Lifetime license purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 30 days, lifetime licenses are non-refundable.

3. Pay-as-you-go Credits (StructMD)

  • Pay-as-you-go charges are billed per use (per page processed).
  • Refunds for pay-as-you-go usage are available if a processing error on our end prevented successful document conversion.
  • Credits are not refundable for successfully processed documents.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request."
  • Include your account email and order/transaction details.
  • Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.

We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined in the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is made outside the applicable refund window.
  • The account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund process.
